Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to drive generator sales, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships across the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in generator sales, technical product knowledge, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve generator sales targets across the UAE.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Prepare and analyse sales quotations based on customer requirements, technical specifications, and market pricing.

• Follow up on sales enquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and convert opportunities into orders.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify growth opportunities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer enquiries and effective sales execution.

• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and customer information.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in generator sales, with proven exposure to the UAE market.

• Strong knowledge of generators, product specifications, applications, and market pricing.

• Experience in preparing quotations, negotiating commercial terms, and closing sales.

• Established customer relationships and a good understanding of the UAE generator market.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

• Ability to work independently, develop new business, and achieve sales targets.
