Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Civil Engineering graduate to join our team as a Site Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kick-start their careers by gaining hands-on experience on construction projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in supervising daily construction activities at project sites.
Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
Prepare and maintain daily site reports and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
Assist with material inspections and quantity verification.
Report project progress, site issues, and updates to senior engineers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized local UAE university is preferred.
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of internship or relevant experience.
Basic understanding of construction methods and engineering principles.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work at project sites across the UAE.
