Job Summary
Responsible for monitoring and managing the movement and location of the organization's equipment using tracking systems and modern technologies (such as GPS and RFID). The specialist ensures equipment availability and protects assets from loss or misuse.
Key Responsibilities
The key duties and responsibilities of the Equipment Tracking Coordinator include, but are not limited to:
Continuously monitor equipment locations and update system data.
Prepare periodic reports on equipment usage and movement.
Coordinate with different departments to provide equipment as needed.
Follow up on maintenance schedules to ensure equipment is operational.
Report any equipment loss or malfunctions and take necessary actions.
Maintain accurate records of all assets and equipment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
UAE National / Local candidate only.
Proficiency in using tracking and asset management systems.
Strong data organization and analysis skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to prepare reports and maintain continuous follow-up.
