Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Piling Manager with a minimum of 8+ years of proven expertise in managing end-to-end piling operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, supervision, and successful delivery of piling works across multiple construction projects, ensuring strict compliance with safety, quality, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-cycle piling operations, including mobilization, site setup, execution, testing, and demobilization.

• Plan and supervise the execution of piling works, including bored piles, driven piles, sheet piles, and micro piles (as applicable).

• Review project drawings, method statements, and work schedules.

• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.

• Ensure all piling activities comply with HSE regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.

• Manage piling equipment, machinery, and manpower allocation efficiently.

• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site issues promptly.

• Monitor daily progress and prepare project reports for senior management.

• Ensure proper documentation, including pile records, test reports, and as-built drawings.

• Lead the piling team, including engineers, supervisors, and foremen.

• Ensure cost control and optimal resource utilization.

  Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in piling works, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or building projects.

• Strong knowledge of piling methods, soil conditions, and foundation engineering principles.

• Proven experience managing full project lifecycle of piling works.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and geotechnical reports.

• Familiarity with UAE/GCC construction standards is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Arabic speaking is mandatory (preferred proficiency in English as well).
