Job Opportunity

Al Marwan Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our growing Construction Team in the U.A.E. The ideal candidate should have solid experience managing project documentation within the construction industry and ensuring proper document control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Document Controller within the U.A.E construction industry
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Strong knowledge of document control procedures and project documentation standards
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems
• Experience handling technical documents, drawings, submittals, RFIs, and correspondence
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced project environment

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage all incoming and outgoing project documents
• Ensure proper filing, tracking, and distribution of documents and drawings
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients regarding document submissions
• Maintain updated logs for drawings, submittals, RFIs, and correspondence
• Ensure document control procedures comply with company and project requirements
• Support project teams with accurate document retrieval and reporting
