Job Summary

The Rental Manager is responsible for overseeing heavy equipment rental operations, ensuring efficient fleet utilization, smooth coordination, and strong customer support.

Key Responsibilities

The key duties and responsibilities of the Rental Manager include, but are not limited to:

• Manage daily rental operations for heavy equipment fleet

• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and rental agreements

• Coordinate equipment availability and delivery schedules

• Follow up with maintenance team to ensure equipment readiness

• Monitor rental performance and utilization reports

• Maintain strong relationships with clients

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in heavy equipment rental or related industry

• Good understanding of fleet operations and equipment utilization

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Must be Arabic speaker
