Job Summary
Lead and manage the heavy truck service operations, ensuring excellent after-sales support, customer satisfaction, and smooth service processes.

Key Responsibilities

The key duties and responsibilities of the Senior Service Manager include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee the service team to deliver high-quality support to clients.

• Coordinate service schedules and ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Monitor service performance and implement improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in heavy truck or commercial vehicle service management.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

• Technical knowledge of heavy truck systems preferred.
