Job Summary

Al Marwan are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials primarily metal into finished products according to specifications. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a variety of tools and machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications

• Measure, cut, and shape materials using hand tools, power tools, and machinery

• Assemble and weld components to create finished products

• Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

• Follow safety guidelines and workplace regulations at all times

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Fabricator or similar role

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints

• Proficiency with fabrication tools and equipment (e.g., welding machines, grinders, cutting tools)

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Physical stamina and ability to work in a hands-on environment

• Knowledge of safety procedures and standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in welding or fabrication

• Experience working with different materials (steel, aluminum, etc.)

• Familiarity with CNC machines or automated fabrication tools
