Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator – Piling & Shoring to join our growing team. We are seeking a candidate with strong estimation expertise in piling and shoring works, capable of preparing accurate tenders and cost-effective solutions for foundation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications & geotechnical reports
• Prepare quantity take-offs for piling and shoring systems
• Develop BOQs and cost estimates for materials, labour, plant & subcontractors
• Analyze project risks and pricing contingencies
• Obtain supplier/subcontractor quotations for competitive bids
• Prepare technical & commercial proposals
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement & operations teams
• Submit tenders within deadlines with accuracy and compliance
• Maintain cost databases, unit rates & market trends
• Support contract negotiations and project handover after award

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Estimator in Piling & Shoring industry
• Strong knowledge of bored piles, sheet piles, anchors, secant piles, diaphragm walls, etc.
• Good commercial awareness and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools preferred
• UAE experience will be an advantage
