Job Summary

The Concrete Pump Operator / Driver is responsible for operating and maintaining concrete pump equipment (boom/line pumps) to ensure efficient and safe delivery of concrete at construction sites. The role requires strict adherence to safety standards, operational efficiency, and proper handling of heavy machinery.

Key Responsibilities

The key duties and responsibilities of the Concrete Pump Operator include, but are not limited to:

• Operate concrete pump machinery (boom and line pumps) safely and efficiently

• Drive and position the pump truck at project sites as per operational requirements

• Set up, monitor, and control the pumping process to ensure smooth concrete flow

• Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance of equipment

• Identify and report mechanical issues or malfunctions promptly

• Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and site procedures

• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and construction teams during operations

• Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of the pump after each use

• Maintain daily logs and operational records

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Concrete Pump Operator / Driver

• Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License

• Proven experience operating Boom and Line Pumps

• Good understanding of construction site operations

• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and compliance standards

• Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments
