Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive – Rental with a solid background in heavy equipment rental.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating rental revenue, developing client relationships, identifying project opportunities, and promoting our fleet of heavy machinery to construction, infrastructure, and industrial clients.
This role requires strong market knowledge, technical understanding of equipment, and the ability to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
The key duties and responsibilities of the Sales Executive – Rental include, but are not limited to:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, infrastructure, Oil & Gas, and industrial sectors.
Promote and sell heavy machinery rental solutions including excavators, wheel loaders, bulldozers, cranes, manlifts, forklifts, telehandlers, and related equipment.
Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess project requirements and recommend suitable equipment solutions.
Prepare rental quotations, commercial proposals, and negotiate terms in line with company pricing policies.
Coordinate with operations, yard, and logistics teams to ensure timely equipment mobilization and demobilization.
Maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with the Finance Department.
Maintain accurate CRM records and submit regular sales reports to management.
Achieve monthly and annual rental revenue targets.
Support cross-selling opportunities for equipment sales, spare parts, and service contracts where applicable.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in heavy equipment rental sales within the GCC market.
Strong understanding of construction equipment specifications and applications.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the rental industry.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Valid KSA driving license
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client accounts.
