Job Summary
Al Marwan Machinery is seeking a diligent Time Keeper to manage workforce attendance and data entry for projects. This role is vital for ensuring accurate time recording within the construction and PMD divisions, requiring a focused individual capable of handling project-specific documentation and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
The key duties and responsibilities of the Time Keeper include, but are not limited to:
Perform comprehensive time and attendance recording for the workforce on-site.
Execute accurate data entry tasks related to project timelines and employee hours.
Ensure all workforce records for the project are complete and up to date.
Utilize ERP systems for the input and management of workforce data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum HSS certificate or equivalent qualification.
At least 2 years of experience working as a Time Keeper.
Prior experience specifically within the construction industry.
Must have good knowledge of ERP data entry.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording attendance
