Job Summary

Al Marwan Group is seeking an experienced Estimator – Buildings to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for building projects across Sharjah and the Northern Emirates. The role focuses on analyzing architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring all material, labor, regulatory, and logistical costs are considered while maintaining project profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates

• Perform accurate quantity take-offs for civil, structural, and finishing works

• Source and negotiate quotations from subcontractors and material suppliers

• Prepare comprehensive BOQs and pricing schedules aligned with market rates

• Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and cost implications

• Identify potential financial risks and scope gaps

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying

• 3–5 years of experience in the UAE building construction estimation

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Candy/CCS, and advanced MS Excel

• Strong knowledge of Sharjah Municipality (SM) and SEWA regulations

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

• Fluency in English and Arabic is a significant advantage
