We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Architect to join our team and play a critical role in delivering outstanding architectural solutions.

Job Scope:

As a Senior Technical Architect, you will lead architectural design teams, collaborate with engineering professionals, and drive innovative and functional project outcomes. This role demands strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills to manage projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand and translate project requirements into innovative designs.
• Lead multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to architects, designers, and engineers.
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction aligns with design specifications and building codes.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers for seamless project execution.
• Review subcontractor plans to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Develop detailed architectural packages across all project stages, with a focus on technical details.
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into designs.
• Mentor and develop junior architects, fostering professional growth.

Qualifications:

Education & Licensing:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Licensed/Registered Architect.

Experience:

• 15+ years of experience in an architectural firm with a proven track record in managing projects.

Other Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Advanced knowledge of architectural planning, design processes, construction documentation, and code requirements.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
