Al Marwan Group is a holding company established in 1978, Al Marwan Group has grown a strong diversified portfolio in Real Estate Development & Management, Hospitality, General Contracting and Heavy Machinery trading of brand new and used equipment for the Construction, Mining, Oil, and Gas industries.
We are looking for a Commercial leasing / Sales manager. To join our team.
The Leasing / Sales Manager will oversee the leasing activities for commercial properties, ensuring occupancy and revenue goals are met.
Job Duties:
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with tenants, resolving issues professionally.
- Present the project, manage lease agreements/ Sales agreements, and ensure
compliance with regulations. - Create and execute marketing campaigns to attract tenants and maintain listings.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare leasing performance reports.
- Coordinating with other departments.
- Existing network of tenants
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of leasing or property management experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of local property laws.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
