We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our team.

Job Scope:

As a Site Engineer, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing on-site construction activities. This is an entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates. You will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the specified quality standards

Job Duties:

• Assist in supervising daily construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards and protocols
• Coordinate with all concerned parties to ensure timely delivery of materials and smooth progress of construction work
• Participate in Monitoring the quality of work performed on-site, to ensure that construction meets the required standards and specifications including the HSE standards
• Ensure maintaining accurate records of daily site activities

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A minor or coursework in Construction Management is highly preferred.

Experience:

Between 2 to 3 years of Civil Engineering.

• Basic understanding of construction processes and materials.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project).
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
