Al Marwan Group is a holding company established in 1978, Al Marwan Group has grown a strong diversified portfolio in Real Estate Development & Management, Hospitality, General Contracting and Heavy Machinery trading of brand new and used equipment for the Construction, Mining, Oil, and Gas industries.
We are currently looking for highly skilled and motivated Sales Manager with proven sales track records in Iraq heavy machinery.
Job Duties:
- Create and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the heavy machinery sector by focusing on the broader market and on growing the customer base.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop customized solutions and proposals based on client needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Work closely with the product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and product offerings.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives and deliver exceptional customer service..
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing , Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in heavy machinery or construction. equipment industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of the heavy machinery market and industry trends irrelevant to earthmoving equipment and cranes.
Other Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
